All requests for team/group moves must be received by this Monday at noon. July 6 at 12pm EST is the deadline. Seating charts will be finalized. So if you have not requested seating and you need to, the sooner the better. Also seating is limited and running out.
What do you need to do? Register, pay, and pick your seat. Find any green seat on the floor (or we will pick one for you). We have had several people pay but not choose their seats. Remember you can always move your seat once picked to any other green seat if you change your mind prior to the event. You will NOT be able to change it at the event.

Please remember to pick your seat once you have paid. We have had several people register and pay, but not reserve their seat. We will make sure you have a seat upon arrival, but we won't be able to get you with friends if you do not choose it ahead of time. And their will be no group seating available once you arrive at the hall.

Since we have heated debates around which tournaments to run this year,
we have decided to continue last year's tradition and let the gamers
decide the prizes for each tournament.
For every gamer who has said, "If you run a tournament in my game,
I can guarantee that hundreds of gamers will come....", now is your
chance to put your money where your mouth is. :)
We are
allocating the competitive tourney prizes based on which touraments
draw the largest participation. i.e. If Counter-Strike has more full
teams register AND compete at the event, they will be awarded the
largest amount of prizes, if COD4 has more full teams register and
compete at the event, they get the top prizes. Here are the minimum
prize awards:
For The Top Participated Tourney 1st Place $750 (in cash or prizes) per team 2nd Place $250 (in cash or prizes) per team
For the 2nd Most Participated Tourney 1st Place $500 (in cash or prizes) per team
2nd Place $125 (in cash or prizes) per team
We
have several sponsors who love gamers and are interesting in sponsoring
tournaments. (Hence the "in cash or prizes"). Rather than wait for
those announcements, we decided to guarantee the prizes with a minimum
of cash or prizes so we could go ahead and get the information out to
you now.
As always, prize money can increase due to high participation or
sponsorship. Note: Each tournament must have at least 8 teams compete
for the tournament to be eligible for prize money.
